5.2 You authorise us to seek veterinary treatment for your dog if we believe it is necessary, including in emergencies where we cannot reach you or your emergency contact.
5.3 Wherever possible, we will use your own registered vet. If this is not practical (e.g. out of hours or distance), we may use an alternative local veterinary practice.

7. Personal Belongings
7.1 Owners may bring familiar items such as beds, blankets, toys, or leads to help their dog feel at home.
7.2 All personal belongings are left entirely at the owner’s risk. While we will take reasonable care, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of items, including chewing, soiling, or washing damage.
7.3 Please clearly label all items with your dog’s name.
8. Boarding, Day Care & Enrichment
8.1 Dogs will be housed in our kennels and exercised in our secure areas and fields as part of our normal routine.
8.2 We will follow the feeding and exercise instructions you provide as closely as possible, but minor variations may occur depending on the dog’s welfare and our professional judgement.
8.3 Group or shared exercise may be offered only where suitable and safe. We reserve the right to decide whether a dog is exercised alone or with others.

9.1 Dogs must be collected on the agreed departure date and time.
9.2 If you fail to collect your dog and we receive no contact from you or your emergency contact, we will make all reasonable efforts to reach you.
9.3 If, after 7 days from the agreed departure date, no contact has been made and no alternative arrangements agreed in writing, we reserve the right to:

  • Rehome your dog, or

  • Hand your dog over to a recognised rescue centre

9.4 In such circumstances, you remain liable for all outstanding boarding fees, any additional costs incurred, and no compensation will be payable.
10. Liability
10.1 While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety, health, and comfort of all dogs, they are boarded and attend day care at the owner’s risk.
10.2 We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death of a dog, except where caused by our proven negligence.
10.3 We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by the owner.
